What's live, what it costs, what's next.
01 Who's actually using Koggio today?
Koggio is built by Mandet, a Baltic e-commerce ops team. Our founding production customer is Madara Cosmetics, a Latvian cosmetics brand shipping daily across four carriers through Koggio. The Mandet team includes people embedded in Madara's ops, so every carrier integration, every workflow decision, every edge case in the codebase came from a real packing day, not a roadmap document. We're now opening Koggio to other Baltic Shopify merchants as design partners.
02 What does Koggio cost?
One flat monthly fee, sized to how much you ship, on your own carrier contracts. The tiers above are our working numbers, set with the first stores we onboard. Two things never change: never a per-label fee, and a busy month is capped so you never pay more than the next plan. Reach out and we'll put a number on it together.
03 Do you really take nothing per label?
Correct. On your own carrier contracts, Koggio never adds a platform fee per label. You pay one flat monthly fee, and the carrier bills you directly for postage, adjustments, fuel surcharges, and insurance. We never sit between you and that invoice.
04 What carriers are live today?
Four are live in production: DHL Express, DPD, SmartPosti, and FedEx, the carriers Madara ships on daily. Six more are integrated and rolling out as we validate live accounts: Omniva, Venipak, Unisend / LP Express, Latvijas Pasts, Lietuvos Paštas, and Nova Post, with InPost and UPS on the roadmap. Need something else? Custom carrier integrations are fixed-scope projects, scoped in one call.
05 Do you really combine a customer's repeat orders?
Yes. If the same customer places two or three orders before anything ships, Koggio detects them by name and address, holds them inside your dispatch window, and folds them into a single parcel with one label, then writes the same tracking number back to every Shopify order. Fewer parcels out the door, lower shipping spend, and the analytics show you exactly how many parcels you saved.
06 Can my customers track their parcel?
Yes. Every shipment gets a branded tracking page in your logo and colours, with a clean status timeline. It exposes no customer contact details, just the parcel's progress, so it cuts "where's my order?" tickets without leaking anyone's data.
07 What's coming next on the product?
An Exception Inbox screen, a keyboard-first packing desk, and a visual rule builder with test mode are in active development with design partners. The plumbing behind them, action-required statuses, scan endpoints, routing rules, is already live in production, so each ships as a screen on top of a running system. Design partners get early access and shape the final form.
08 Can I migrate from Sendcloud, ShippyPro, or nShift?
Yes. We import shipping method mappings, sender addresses, package presets, and historical shipments via CSV. Most teams are operational on Koggio within days of starting the import, and during early access we run the import with you.
09 Is the Shopify app on the App Store?
We built our own Koggio Shopify app, and the public App Store listing is opening soon. Until then, design partners connect directly through Koggio via OAuth: same scopes, same flow, about five minutes, and you get access immediately.
